Overview

Calm is an app to help users experience better sleep, lower stress, and less anxiety with guided meditations, sleep stories, breathing programs, stretching exercises, and relaxing music. The terms say Calm may use a user's personal information including mental health related data collected from the service to display targeted advertising to users and send third-party marketing offers. In addition, the terms say Calm does not sell personal information to third parties, but may use third party tracking technologies to track users on other apps and services across the internet for advertising purposes. Calm's terms do not say whether they take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information collected from users of the service. Lastly, the terms say the service is intended for users over the age of 13 and users may access, modify, delete and export their personal information on the service at any time.

Calm can be accessed through its website, and is available for download at the iOS App Store, and the Google Play Store.
