Overview

Nvidia Corporation is a technology company that designs graphics processing units for the gaming and professional markets, as well as SHIELD TV streaming media products. The terms of Nvidia disclose social interactions are available between users on discussion forums, but children under the age of 13 are not allowed to participate in user-to-user forums, subscribe to an email newsletter, or enter any sweepstakes or contests.

Nvidia's terms say they collect personal information such as first and last name, mailing address, email address, or telephone number, and other information collected automatically when users visit the service. The terms say Nvidia does not sell users' data, but the terms also say Nvidia may display targeted advertisements to users and allow third parties to track users across other websites, services, or applications. In addition, Nvidia's terms do not say whether they take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality and security of personal information collected from users of the service. Lastly, Nvidia's terms say that users can access, delete, and export their data at any time. However, the terms also say Nvidia's products and services are not targeted for use by children, and Nvidia does not collect data from children under the age of 13.
