Users should be aware that any information they provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
The terms state that when a user responds to a survey, form, questionnaire, or application sent by a Creator, using a SurveyMonkey service, the user will need to reach out directly to that individual or organization to discuss managing, deleting, accessing, restricting access to or otherwise withdrawing consent for use of the information which the user provided to them in their responses.
